Wellness Rewards is Embrace’s preventative care plan that reimburses for everyday veterinary, training, and grooming costs. It is not an insurance policy but works as a budgeting tool and rewards you for being proactive with your pet’s care.

Wellness Rewards is a reimbursement plan designed to be paid in full over a 12-month policy term. If cancelled early, Embrace reserves the right to collect any outstanding payments. Since Wellness Rewards is a non-insurance benefit, Wellness Rewards claims do not have any copayment, nor do they count towards the insurance deductible.

The annual plan you choose determines the maximum amount you can be reimbursed for all routine or preventative care items and is available for use on day one.

Note: We recommend only purchasing the plan amount that you will realistically use in a year as these rewards do not roll over and are non-refundable.

Say you chose the $250 wellness plan. You would pay $18.75 each month adding up to $225 throughout the year. Embrace gives you $25 each year towards your wellness costs.
